Dallas (Texas)- Euless Royal Football Club (ERFC) is preparing to host the fourth edition of the Lone Star Cup, one of the largest Nepalese community soccer tournaments in Texas. The two-day tournament will take place on September 12 and 13 at the Rolling Hills Soccer Complex in Fort Worth.

This year’s tournament will feature 32 teams from across Texas, with 18 teams competing in the regular category and 14 teams participating in the 35-plus category.

The Lone Star Cup will also host two Nepalese youth clubs in a special exhibition match. The game will provide young players with an opportunity to showcase their talent while highlighting the next generation of soccer stars who may one day represent their communities and nation on the international stage.

The Lone Star Cup will remain a Texas-ID-only tournament. Every participating player must present a valid Texas ID to be eligible to compete. This requirement is intended to preserve the tournament’s Texas-based identity and ensure fair participation among teams from across the state.

The registration fee is $750 for teams located within the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Teams traveling from outside the Metroplex—including Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Texarkana, and other Texas cities—will receive a reduced registration fee of $500.

With approximately $16,000 in total prize money, the fourth edition of the Lone Star Cup is expected to attract strong competition while bringing together players, supporters, families, and community members from throughout Texas.

In addition to promoting competition and unity, ERFC has introduced a charitable initiative for this year’s tournament. The club has pledged to donate $5 for every goal scored during the tournament to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund to support people affected by the recent floods in Nepal.

Luxor Diamonds has generously committed to multiplying the relief funds raised through goals by five. Through this initiative, every goal scored on the field will make an even greater contribution toward providing relief and assistance to people in need.

ERFC warmly invites everyone to attend, support the participating teams, and enjoy an exciting weekend of soccer and community celebration. Spectators will have the opportunity to support the charitable initiative, cheer for the children participating in the exhibition match, and experience a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.

With competitive soccer, youth participation, community unity, and a meaningful charitable cause, the fourth edition of the Lone Star Cup promises to be a memorable weekend for everyone.
